OLW challenge due by Sept 5th

I need to get back to creating for weekly challenges,s o my goals this week are to create for to sites the first is OLE- One Little Word and this is the challenge due Sept 5th..... lets see that gives me 5 days to complete this one.

Word Up #34: CHOOSE
A quote to start:

If you're a fan of the genre then you'll know the dialogue is from the Matrix Reloaded, one of my favorite films. I love the quote because, to me, everything begins with choice. Some choice. Any choice.
If we aren't living every minute, every hour, every day in a myriad of choices then we are living by default. It's the difference between making conscious choices or choosing not to make a decision at all which often times is still a choice. Lovely word ... that word choice is.
Here's another favorite quote:

Choice, and the ability to choose, is power! We all possess it, we all have it. Sometimes we don't act upon it, sometimes we do but the ability to choose allows us to honor ourselves and our lives
